Francis is part of a liter we've named The Big Toe Group. When they were first found they were less than a pound, incredibly malnourished and covered in mites. They also had serious eye infections that caused 2 of them to permanently lose eyes. They needed round the clock attention for the first few weeks. After about 3 weeks the kittens mites were gone and they were starting to gain weight. Once they were stable enough the ones who lost eyes had surgery to deal with scar tissue and infection. Francis is the smallest of the group. He's a bit more sedate than the other boys. He will often follow people from a few feet away and stare at them until they pick him up. What he enjoys most is sleeping, preferably in a nice warm lap. Francis adoption fee is $65.00 which includes up-to-date shots, FeLV test (negative), microchip, and spay surgery that is already done. All kitties are litterbox trained. Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful kitties, we ask that you please fill out our online Cat Adoption Application on our website aaFlorida.org.
