Blaze is one of six puppies rescued from a roadside ditch where they were abandoned.  He's black with brown undertones and white markings.  Each puppy has been fully vaccinated and spayed or neutered, as well as started on monthly heartworm prevention. The puppies are now 4 months old.
 
For Blaze and his free-spirited littermates, anything can be a toy or invite play.  An old sock becomes a game of tug-of-war. A mound of clay becomes a mountain to scale, then slide down on their bellies.  A mud puddle is more fun than the wading pool any day!  
 
Blaze is the smallest male in this group of puppies.  He is learning to sit on command, when his attention is not redirected to some form of play by one or more of his littermates. 

Blzae and his siblings have not yet had the luxury of an indoor home.  Their kennels are maintained in a barn.  Potty training outside the kennels is going well, but we still have an occasional accident if potty breaks are not frequent enough.  Leash training is yet to come.
