Sonny is a gorgeous Cornish Rex cat.  He came into our rescue when one of our volunteers agreed to foster him and three other adult Cornish Rex cats. They previously lived in South Florida and were loved by a kind man who, unfortunately, developed cancer and was unable to care for them. His son assisted in finding them homes and Sonny has been settling in very well in his foster home.  Sonny is super affectionate and his favorite spot is on top of a human or under the bed sheets!  He is super friendly and gets along great with everyone he's met - adults, kids, other cats, as well as cat-friendly dogs! He would be happiest in a home with lots of human interaction. True to their breed, he's very social and responsive to people!  Sonny has been seen by our vet and is in good health, neutered, FeLV negative and current on his rabies.  We believe he's about five years old. Despite being a 'cuddle bug', he loves to play and will come running when he hears a bag of treats opening!  

We are asking for an adoption fee of $200 due to his unusual breed as well as to offset some high vet bills we've recently incurred.  Sonny is litterbox trained.
