 Polly is available for virtual adoption only. She's a feral cat saved from being killed at Portofino Resort on Pensacola Beach. Polly is a pretty white kitty with black spots. Polly does spook easily and prefers to be in a quiet and calm environment. But you can help Polly live a happy life by donating $10 or more per month in our Virtual Adoption Program. Polly is residing in our kitty halfway house....halfway between rescue and adoption, because she had no place to return to once she was fixed and vaccinated. We are a No Kill Rescue, meaning we only euthanize because of poor health when it is in the best interest of the pet. We never kill because we don't have enough space, or bad behavior, or if a kitty is too shy to be adopted. We receive many kittens through our Trap/Neuter/Return efforts. We bring kittens in to the rescue in hopes of socializing them and getting them adopted. Unfortunately, the kittens really need to be 3 months of age or younger if they are going to be social with people to the point of being picked up and adopted.
